I finally read all the way through this. I typically avoid the longer threads. Just your regular ole lazy man I guess. Lol. But man what a ride. Between pages 65 and 75 I guess, it kinda got off the rails a little bit. I was worried how that was going to go, but it all worked it's self out. Me and my wife have been doing this about 6 years now. The ups and downs starting, stopping, and pauses. It reminded me a lot of our journey so far. Thanks for the update. Sounds like your grief is "normal" in that there is no normal. It hits different people different ways and can come and go for years. Take it easy on yourself. I am glad, though, that a few of your male friends have been able to meet with you and provide you with some comfort, friendship, and pleasure. Hopefully you will have more days in the near future where you feel ready and open to those kinds of connections again.
