login issues
I can log in via laptop no problem but not my iPhone.
Brand new issue never had before.
Even updated my password via laptop and still no joy.
Any idea why???

You'll need to clear your OHW cookies, because we changed the settings.

Re: login issues
Hi Admin,
I've tried the fix for Apple devices - iPad and IPhone - but I am still unable to log on using them. After I've entered my user-id and password I get the following red message: "The submitted form was invalid. Try submitting again."
I also get the same message when I tried to send you an email from the site.
I am able to get access from my old Windows PC

Re: login issues
Hi boobman987, apologies for the hassle. But that message is exactly the one you'd see if you have old OHW cookies on your device.
Often the easiest way is just to clear all cookies. It's good internet hygiene anyway (one user said he was surprised he had a gigabyte+ of cookies and site data on his device). Doing a full page reload might help too.
Not sure how either of these things are done on Apples, but I'm sure a quick web search would turn up relevant instructions, videos and whatnot. Can you update here if you figure it out, for the other iUsers?

Re: login issues
Thanks for your help leggysman, it worked perfectly

For other users on an IPad, I used this information
https://support.apple.com/en-gb/105082
I’m not sure if it works for other Apple devices

Re: login issues
I have not been able to login using Firefox as usual, luckily this thread gave me info on using Edge, however, very frustrating.
Re: login issues
There are Firefox instructions here in this thread: viewtopic.php?p=1605895#p1605895 (although you need to be logged in to see the pics, which was something I didn't anticipate!)scaryflyer wrote: Sun Apr 19, 2026 8:58 am I have not been able to login using Firefox as usual, luckily this thread gave me info on using Edge, however, very frustrating.
