Dead links

I have found a number of thread links appear to be 'dead'. These are links to threads that up to yesterday worked without issue. I didn't think to note down which didn't work, even though after all these years I had not seen this happen before.

One I do remember is Big Jim's Hotwife thread with two pages. Page 2 was dead but page 1 worked fine. I then clicked on the arrow and I got onto page two with no issue.

- 502 bad gateway - actually your own thread, just now, I couldn't get onto any page. Others I have been able to get onto the second last (newest) page then use the arrow to advance to the last (newest) page.

That's odd. 502 is what PhpBB says when the database server is overloaded. Typically that's when the DB daemon is running at 100% CPU utilization (or more - we have multiple CPUs). Certainly the site was having many such troubles previously, but since some recent interventions (flashback to the recent bot wars) it's been rare. It spikes here and there, but right now the utilization is humming along at 3-5%

Cheers Jame132. A bit of database maintenance appears to have cleared up LL34's problem.
