Presuming you are a MW couple, start off by looking at profiles in your area on a swing website (you are seeking people who are ENM so go to where they are). I also suggest that you take some time to investigate the multiple replies to similar questions here in these forums. You have to put in the time if you want the best result.

How do you want to do it? What are your ages and how long have you been married? There are many different ways.

It's an easy search to find the online sites to connect with like-minded people. There's also getting out in public and putting her out there. I love watching my wife dance with other men.

Since your lovely wife seems to want someone she is familiar and friendly with, perhaps you can ask her which friends/acquaintances turn her on.
If there is a list, or someone suitable, then possibly that could be followed by an invitation to join you in an MFM threesome, or perhaps something more one-on-one, where you either observe, or give them privacy. Perhaps even something more contrived by which you are called out of the house to deal with an urgent work/family related matter, leaving them both alone ...?
She and you will need to be quite thorough in your vetting process, because whomever it turns out to be will very probably fall-in-lust with her (since she is such a fox), and you will want to avoid the unpleasant drama that can ensue having to sever a friendship.
BTW, you may also want to be ready for her becoming enamored with her new stud lover, and losing your status as her main go-to lover, at least for the initial honeymoon period where everything can seem sweet and positive.

Well that's something very personal, you know...it depends on your age, what you like and so on.
We tried different website, swinger app...all failures, in the end we relied on dancing clubs, not so close where we live for privacy, but we're in our 30s and both dancers.
So it's up to your tastes and in particular hers!
