Hi all. I've been posting a story over in The Library, Greg's Fall to the Bottom, but I never got around to properly introducing myself, so here goes.

I was on here many years ago and convinced my now-ex-wife to join too. She was willing, and for a year or two it went beyond fantasy. The divorce had nothing to do with any of that. I've since remarried.

I learned a lot in those couple of years. It wasn't just the act — it was hearing her say I didn't measure up to the other guy, and knowing she meant it.

The fantasy never went away, but my new wife has zero interest in it. I brought it up once, carefully, and got a polite but very clear no. Not angry, not weirded out — just not something she wants any part of. We're good, and I'm not pushing it.

So I'm here as a wannabe now. This stays in my head, and I've made my peace with that, mostly. Writing stories helps.

When my wife and I first got together and shared the usual histories of past relationships, I noted that I'd been involved in a poly-triad for a short time, where I was having sex with the wife of another couple. Both were friends, and the husband was completely in the know and happy about me having sex with his hotwife. My (now) wife utterly and completely rejected this idea. I never suggested it was something we could do, just that I'd been involved in that in the past. She made it crystal clear it was never going to happen with us, and she was disappointed it had even happened at all, since I'd contributed to someone's wife cheating on him. I explained, of course, that it wasn't cheating when everyone involved is consenting. No matter, it was off the table and never going to happen. I would have bet a million bucks it was never going to happen.

Fast forward to married nearly 8 years, and my wife was hungrily enjoying toe curling sex with a man with whom she just couldn't get enough sex.

In the intervening years, I never pushed, never even brought it up as a suggestion or even hint of it being something we'd ever do. My wife came around to it herself. I'm not saying this is how it usually plays out, just that it CAN play out that way. You never know.
