Spontaneous vs Responsive desire
One statistic I recently ran across said only 15% of women experience spontaneous desire. The rest experience responsive desire (see Dr. Emily Nagoski, who wrote "Come As You Are", for the difference between the two). Men are generally in the spontaneous camp. It made me wonder whether hotwives tend to be in the spontaneous camp, making them more sexually adventurous. What do the hotwives think?

If I read you correctly, and 'spontaneous' means that the person goes looking for flirting, etc., and 'responsive' means that if another person shows interest in them the primary will respond, then my wife was more in the responsive category.
If we went to a club, for example, my wife looked forward to what the night might bring. But she didn't usually go looking for the guy she wanted to fuck, and waited for someone to make the first move.

Yes. As I understand it, spontaneous desire is where one has a sexual thought pop into one's head and it's game on. Responsive desire is where one's desire arises more gradually in response to something, like a touch, a feeling of emotional closeness, a feeling of being desired, etc. So I guess your wife has responsive desire and is a hotwife. So maybe my previous conjecture is not right in this case. Thanks for the response (no pun intended)!

My wife, her black lover and I visited our hometown.
While we were there, we went to a small but very crowded pub.

Not sure how my wife would fit in. We've aged out now but back in the good ol' days, she was one of the horniest women I've ever met.
She planned on finding men to fuck all the time. However, if she wasn't thinking about sex, which was rarely, and a man flirted with her or showed any interest at all, it was game on.
