Mostly they have been from strangers/random hookups within a friendgroup. The kids look similar-ish, they have my features. So it's anyone's guess!

I was not sure if I posted it well, but, yes. The three children are from her and her best friends husband; I have one with her best friend. We are all still very close. But, to properly frame it, she and her best friend have been friends since teens, so a very long friendship.
