Private msgs are going to Out Box

When I send a private message now, it goes to the outbox not the sent box. How do I get it to send?

PhpBB (the board software) is different from email programs like Outlook. Think of the Outbox folder as an 'Unread' folder. Once the recipient has read the message, it moves to Sent.
