There is already a topic on this but no answer. I desperately need to delete my account because I have a terminal illness. Can someone please help me??? I can find nothing anywhere to tell me how. I’ve even messaged moderators. Please help.

That is sad news.

It's true, the board software doesn't give users the option to delete their own accounts. The admins have to do it. Note that they can choose to delete the account, or delete the account and all your posts - the latter of which is, I assume, the more important thing to you.

You can PM them again, and if you explain why, I'm confident it will be done. Include armyguyot1, chris, and afagehi7 in the To: list. Certainly the first two of those can do it.

But, I note that when I click to search your posts (the number 1166 under your profile pic) they've already been deleted or hidden, apart from the one above. All that's really left is your profile (which you can edit).

Thank you so much. I have a terminal illness and I need to tie up loose ends. Btw…my wife and I are great. We are lifelong sweethearts and will be until the end. Thank you again.
