Has your wife ever fallen in love with the man she's fucking?
I think the biggest fear husbands have is that their wives fall in love with the men she's fucking. In my view it's a risk that goes with the territory: when a couple has sex it's natural that after a while they'll form an emotional bond. That happened with Karen a couple of times and when I found out it scared the hell out of me. If you've been in that situation how did you respond?

I was eating my wife's cum filled pussy and as I looked up at her and her lover she smiled and looked at him and said, "I love you" to which he replied "I love you too". .....
Re: Has your wife ever fallen in love with the man she's fucking?
So my wife has only had sex with two other men, twice with the first and once with the second.
However we decided we want her to have sex with another man on a regular basis. She is only interested in bareback. And we don't want her having sex with a lot of different men. So we decided we want her to have an exclusive longterm boyfriend that she would text and talk with and have sex with once or twice a,week. Kitty is a very passionate woman and a very passionate lover. I would not want her to be shallow. So we agreed that we expect that to develop into an emotional connection.
I trust her implicitly. And she says that if she ever started feeling it was coming between us she would end it.
We have decided it would be OK to refer to their sex as "making love" and to refer to them as "lovers". She will not initiate the phrase "I love you" but if she says it in the throws of passion while making love, I won't get mad. If he says it, she is allowed to respond in kind so as not to be awkward. And at that point we agreed to revisit the issue privately and decide where to go with it from there.
I do believe Kitty has the capacity to love another man without subtracting anything from our marriage. But I am not ready to just jump into that either.
Right now we are still searching for Mr. Right.

Farmgirl has a boyfriend, and yes she loves him.
I wouldn't expect her to have sex with a lover and not love him. Her loving another in no way deminishes me or our love, if anything, it enhances it.
All of this works because I fully trust her

Re: Has your wife ever fallen in love with the man she's fucking?
I don't think my fiance is in love with her side piece. The two of them are very open and close with each other, but at the end of the day they don't do a lot together other than sex. We will all go out together about once a month, sometimes twice max, and the two of them have started hugging, kissing, and carrying on a bit more like an actual couple during these outings, but he never spends the night with her and 95% of the time after their lovemaking he will be heading home within 10-15 minutes. This is his preference, and I think I understand why. She has told me several times she would love to spend the night with him once in a while (I would support her fully) but he is simply not into it. I am already at peace if he wants to take her somewhere without me, even out of town. But it doesn't look like that's going to happen anytime soon.
Re: Has your wife ever fallen in love with the man she's fucking?
My wife preferred one night stands, or hooking up at the club or at house parties. If she wanted romance, she said, she had me.

Re: Has your wife ever fallen in love with the man she's fucking?
I think any couple getting into this lifestyle has to consider the possibility she will fall in love with another man. To go into this without thinking about I think sets yourself up for failure. Ok sure, just go with the flow and see what happens. But, love isn't exactly an on/off switch that if the two of you decide you don't want that you can just shut it off. It takes time. In the meantime, even if she's not seeing him anymore it can have a deleterious effect on your relationship. Each couple has their own approach to this.
There are plenty of couples where she doesn't play with any given man more than a handful of times, and if there's an beginnings of emotions to it, they pull the plug on that and on to the next. This has a lot of positives; no worries about emotional entanglements, no worries about the guy maybe thinking he's got an in to take her away, lots of variety in having sex with many men.
There are plenty of couples where she plays exclusively with one or maybe two men. There's lots of positives to this as well. Some women are demisexual, and won't find themselves particularly attracted to a guy unless there is some sort of an emotional connection. Such a woman isn't likely to be a hotwife if she doesn't feel there's an opportunity to develop such emotions, even if she's otherwise open to the idea. I think in just about all cases, the sex that two people have together gets better over time and better with emotions. Sure, there's the kind of sex where you're just banging the heck out of each other, it's raw, intense, and purely sexual. But, tie emotions into it and it becomes more fulfilling, more complete, more enjoy able for many people.
For my wife and I, as we got into this lifestyle we had plenty of discussions about the idea of her developing love for someone. As we gained experience, we learned that finding a guy willing to have sex with her was easy. Really easy. Finding a guy who was more than just swinging dick, a guy with some brains and able to parse complete sentences, knew how to make her feel satisfied, and was willing to learn all her ins and outs... that was more tricky. We found one somewhat early on, but he went out of the picture after a few play dates for unrelated reasons. But that informed us that finding such a guy was tricky, and if she found him she should keep him around. If she were to keep him around, she was bound to fall in love with him.
We didn't view that as a threat per se. We did consider that it might become a problem, but it was one we felt we'd address if it did. We were willing to explore the idea because it meant (1) she'd have a great lover who she felt very fulfilled by, (2) she'd get to have bareback sex with him, which she far prefers over condoms, (3) as they learned each other the sex would become better and better, and (4) the love that would develop between them would enhance the sex, making it love making. The only potential downside was if...if...there was going to be a negative impact to our relationship.
After a couple of years, she found such a man and they were essentially boyfriend-girlfriend for a number of years. That ended, but only because he was becoming interested in being married again, and he of course knew my wife wasn't available for that. Some months after him, another boyfriend entered the picture and that too went on for a number of years. Both guys worked out very, very well. I never felt threatened by any of it. My wife never felt it detracted from how she felt about me. Her love making with other men enhanced our love for both of us.
TomKatz; it may take time to find Mr. Right. But, it's worth it...it really is! Seeing your wife actively making love with another man (as opposed to just sex) will be an adjustment to be sure. But, I'm fairly certain you will find it a very rewarding experience. I know for us it was one of the best decisions we ever made. Not every couple is the same of course.

Re: Has your wife ever fallen in love with the man she's fucking?
It never happened for me and my wife, we got close but she eventually decided against it, her main worry was falling in love with someone. It seems normal to me that you'd fall in love with someone you were making love with.

I didn’t see it halyard yes eventually it happened. He became husband number 2 and I was told to move into the extra bedroom. I complained but was not going to change. My wife told me only real men get to sleep with in her bed.
Eventually I got used to sleeping in the exact bedrooms after several years the three of us discussed her having his baby. They both wanted a baby. The night itvwas decided she got rid of her BC pills. It only took two months and he successfully got her pregnant.
All of her family were excited especially her mother because she knew I was not the biological father. Several months later she miscarried. I was really going to enjoy watching her. Belly grow.
They are still together after more years than I can remember.

Re: Has your wife ever fallen in love with the man she's fucking?
A good woman can be capable of loving more than one man. Probably not exactly in the same way, because a marriage partner is more than a lover, with family, an economic partnership, and presumably, a lifelong commitment. A caring, loving relationship including sex with another guy can even strengthen a marriage!
Our experience with another guy was initiated by me, the husband. It developed into a satisfying sexual relationship for my wife and a lasting friendship for all. After a time it certainly involved a shared love between them, and the better and more genuine their love, the better the sex, and hotter for cuckold hubby. Despite this, sex between us never diminished, but improved! For many women, affection and caring is necessary for good love making!
Anyhow, that's how it worked for us.

I think my wife has loved every man she had a longer term sexual relationship with, however, I do not think it was a spend the rest of your life with kind of love, more like a loving the time together, and of course the sex.

Re: Has your wife ever fallen in love with the man she's fucking?
It depends on the lady. I think some ladies can take fucking like a sport. They can enjoy the act of it. Some can't. They need the connection, bond, feelings etc to enjoy or crave the sex. My wife was like that. She had to develop some emotional bond with the guy, built a "relationship" before becoming sexual. But after becoming physical at last (and after a period of built up sexual tension) the release was tremendous according to her. That reinforced that bond and connection. We used to refer to him as her bf or lesser husband. She calls him that too.
Re: Has your wife ever fallen in love with the man she's fucking?
I love my lover if 30+ years. But but not the same as I love my husband if that makes sense. I’d love for all 3 of us to live together. And I could have the best of both worlds everyday. Hubby works afternoon shifts as a welder, and my lover is a paralegal and works day shifts. I want that life so bad I can taste it! But family wouldn’t understand so I just imagine it often.

It has not happened with any of the men my wife has slept with. However she did recently start seeing and going out with her ex fiancé. I know she told me in the beginning it was her fav cock she ever had. So they tell me it’s just about hanging out and having fun together but could never be together again.
Re: Has your wife ever fallen in love with the man she's fucking?
The man my wife started seeing as a HW soon became someone she was definitely falling for. I sensed it and became very insecure and jealous even
though it was I that encouraged her becoming a HW. She first met him of all things playing pickleball, found him attractive and soon became infatuated with him. It was clear to me she was falling for him. I felt from the start the reason she decided to become a HW was so she could have sex with him.
I go into some detail on how things transpired in other comments on this site but suffice it to say I was a jealous crazy man which helped drive us a part. Her being infatuated with him and attracted to him was something I feel strongly would have run its course if I hadn't been so insane during their times tighter - It was definitely a weird place - I loved her fucking him as it fulfilled everything I'd hoped for her I just couldn't handle the fact that I felt threatened by the thought that I might lose her to him. Things eventually ran its course and she and I worked things out. We've talked at length about those days. It ironic that it's just now once again beginning to creep into both our heads that we may want to try again. In fact she's out to dinner with the guy ( J ) tonight - we'll see how it goes - and she's got a dance date tomorrow night with a guy she met at a venue near our home where she and a group of lady friends dance on Friday night. Occasionally I'll go with her but normally we both prefer she go alone. The woman that her friend Gary sees regularly is out of town for a week so Gary called L and asked if she'd like to go dancing tomorrow night - L has told me she enjoys dancing with Gary - I asked her if she can feel his erection on any of the slow dances - she laughed and said we don't dance straight on - I said well give it a try tomorrow night - she smiled and said hmm might think about that - I've told her how much i enjoy when she tells me about these "men" in her life and the flirting and more as it goes on - she said I didn't know that - ever since I told her that she's been more comfortable and open about sharing these type of "dares" she has. I/m smiling when I write this as I think it going to lead her back to enjoying once again her HW experience. I know I will.
I/m not afraid of L falling in love with the man she's fucking - even if she feels she's falling in "love" - she told me last night whatever the case and whoever I/m or whatever I do I/m spending my life with you ! That was enough for me.

Re: Has your wife ever fallen in love with the man she's fucking?
My wife has fallen in love with the me of her FWBs and told me as it was happening. She felt tremendous guilt about it from time to time but I never felt bad about it and it never negatively impacted our relationship. She admitted that ifd she had met him first, we likely never would have gotten together, which sounds worse than it is considering that, yeah sure, you’d have been in a relationship with him.
They were/are both married with families so they’d have some dates and did a few overnight trips around work but neither had any interest in leaving the marriage at any point. At least I know my wife didn’t… I guess I can’t speak for him.
They eventually broke up…. The deceit on his end (his wife didn’t know) and some misunderstandings causing hurt feelings with both of them being too stubborn to just talk it out were the main culprits. It really messed with my wife and it was quite surreal being the one to comfort and console her. But I’ve always felt that love wasn’t shared likepassingwater between two glasses. Rather, it’s like two glasses being put under the faucet. One doesn’t take from the other and there’s plenty of emotion and feelings to go around.
The unfortunate downside is that my wife had such an emotional let down, she got turned off to being a hot wife. She hasn’t had a relationship since and is hesitant to brown to one. She hasn’t completely shut the door and knows better than to ever say never, but unless something drastic happens, that part of her life is closed. She doesn’t have any interest in going thru the emotional pain of a breakup with someone when she has a great marriage already. And she is one of those that forms bonds and hence why we’ve always talked about “friends-with-benefits” rather than any other term. She’s only had sex with people she has already had some type of friendship/relationship with and knows that’s the way her heart/emotions work.
It sucks from my point of view of view but 10 years or so and three long term partners has given me more fulfillment than many with the desire.

My favorite quote on the subject is
The more you love, the more you can love—and the more intensely you love.
Nor is there any limit on how many you can love.
If a person had time enough, he could love
all of that majority who are decent and just.

II think for a large number of women who reluctantly are encouraged by their husbands and the husbands are supportive.... emotion is what gets the reluctant wife over that barrier. In our case the plus of just the one long term lover was he was happily married and yes she had strong feelings for him but was clear he would never leave his wife. What evolved was the ideal arrangement.

I see you mention the word "was". Does that mean it's a past relationship or still an ongoing thing? Essentially at least she says it is over as she had surgery late last year. Also he has had trouble maintaining an erection. He still drops bye regularly and I can see he still does spin her wheels. He initially tried Viagra but it gave him severe heart palpatations. Recently he went back to his GP and was prescribed one quarter of the dose. That worked when he tried it with his wife.
