I am so sorry to hear this devastating news. My condolences. You shared with us such a personal side your relationship, one could feel that she had such a passion for all that life had to offer.

i'm sorry to hear that. i hope she didn't suffer.

i'm waiting for a call from my DIL, my wife (see signature) is headed to hospice as soon as they can find her a spot.

same issue; i series of strokes & diabetes. she is 74.
disclaimer; The "Wife", to whom i, occasionally, refer is my ex-wife. we reconnected a year after hubby 2 died in '16. We rekindled & view ourselves as, actually, married. She passed on 2/1/'21

Very sorry for your loss 2Wheel. Thank you for being so open about the journey you and your wife shared. You all had some wild adventures but it was always clear that the love, trust and respect you had for each other was at the forefront. Again my sympathies from a lowcountry neighbor.
