POLL — are you still together?

Undoubtedly, many here wonder how prevalent ongoing successful HW relationships are — not least when an OHW member seems to vanish. This poll is intended to partly answer that question (to the extent possible without participation of those who've left OHW after a relationship ended).

Although just one option will likely be enough for most, more can be selected if applicable.

34 years, and counting (but subtract three for covid, if you want to be strictly accurate).

We remain married but sexual have gone in different directions. She has her lover who spends as much time with her as possible and I have my interests as I want to be feminine.

We do not sleep together, she had the master bedroom and I have the guest room. This has Ben the arrangement since March 2019.

It's always a question as to how much the results of a poll are a function of the sample group, which may not be representative of the whole BUT:

If you enjoy the hotwife dynamic, then the contents of this website are attractive to you whether you are in a hotwife relationship, are a wannabe or have parted ways with your hotwife (for whatever reason). Even if a hotwifing relationship ended, I would imagine that the (ex) husband would return to this site sooner or later.

For that reason, I think that the results of this poll may be valid. Thoughts?

I've no doubt that some OHW members remain here, or return, after a relationship has ended. I've no idea how common that is, though (20%, 50%, 80%...?), so I didn't expect the poll to be representative in that regard -- but nonetheless hoped it would indicate some interesting results. One result that I supposed might be fairly representative is the proportion between relationships ended due to HW dynamics and relationships ended due to other reasons.

Btw, one reason that I included the "or someone you know" options was to get results that might be closer to representative -- including, for example, members who disappeared from OHW after a breakup but who'd communicated by PM to another member what was happening.

Are you including the couples that are still together but now monogamous in your poll? Not everyone simply splits up if hotwifing doesn't work for them.

This is an excellent point. There's quite a few on here who have good relationships, but no longer engage in non-monogamy for different reasons (e.g., decidedly not for them after experimenting, disinterest, menopause or changes in sexual desire, etc.). And couples who also run 'hot and cold' through extended periods of time.

My wife Heather was in a FWV relationship with her boss long before I met her and that continued throughout our marriage. She left me for him after three years. Heather was then aged 37: I was 46 and Roy - her boss - was 56.

10 years later they are still together and have had two children.
