To start, I would suggest starting with either the Holy Trainer IV, or the Cherry Keeper.

The most challenging part is to figure out what size back ring is most comfortable. If the ring is too large, you will slip out of it. If the back ring is too small it will hurt when you have morning erections. Most of the sites have information on how to measure the size ring. Some also sell an inexpensive set of sizing rings for you to practice putting your junk through.
