I can imagine other women's reactions. because of the green light on other guys, she was considered a threat.
Some women may envy her even more. not only that she has an eye-catching appearance, but also that sometimes she can eat sushi, sometimes Italian. And they probably try to understand how it is that she can be a star for her man, a porn star ;-)

We dismissed it as dirty gossip that has no roots in fact. It went away quickly.

The issue is a) the breaking of "girl code" by this one woman and b) it was used as a device to pile onto the "mean girls" stuff.

Life is too short and time too valuable to deal with such people. You did the right thing moving on but it's a shame you lost a long time friend over mean girl drama. He should have gotten her in line. Just asking her to stop because you are a best friend should be enough. I know I would cease and desist if my spouse requested. I think most honorable people would.

A couple of updates:

1) On Wed this week, it was my buddy's birthday and we pulled in some of the guys from my old boys' night group. He also invited other people, including some women he knows, but he's not adept with the ladies and therefore the group was imbalanced, as expected. When I arrived, there I saw a tall blonde who in short order found a way to excuse herself and get out of there. This was the woman with whom SW had shared her hotwife secrets, and who used that to try to gain position in the Mean Girls pecking order. Smart that she departed when she saw me. Glad she knows when she is on the wrong turf and needs to leave. SW was very pleased to hear it.

2) Last night (Thu), SW had been invited with some of her/our new friends on a girls' night out. They were heading to our old stomping ground, a fancy bar/restaurant, the same one where I'd hosted SW's big birthday bash in Feb of 2023. The party with 70 guests and SW was the center of attention and which apparently was the point at which some of the other girls' jealousy spilled over the top and so much has changed since then. Anyway, last night SW was dressed to kill, in case she ran into anyone, and also because the bartenders and staff and management of the place knows her, etc. She was showing off for these new girlfriends. I dropped her off and she joined her friends, it was a wine tasting program. I went on my separate way and met up with a buddy and his new girl for drinks and dinner, then proceeded home arriving at about 10:30 p.m. SW stayed after the wine tasting, and sat at the bar with her (newer) girlfriend. This woman lives a block from us, and was the designated driver for getting them home. When SW arrived home at just after midnight, she was fully fired up and still tipsy. She told me about these two guys in from NYC (hedge fund guys) about 30 years old and one of the guys was so smitten he was stuck by her side all night and kept asking and cajoling her to go with him back to his hotel, etc. She literally told me he kept pleading and negotiating and said he would compromise with "just one breast" (whatever that means). She told her girlfriend she "was inclined to take care of him" but the girlfriend put the kabosh on that idea. I was pleased with myself for having stayed up until she got home, and she went into the bedroom to get ready for action. But when I followed about 10 minutes later, she was fully passed out on the bed, with her phone still in her hand, and reading glasses all sideways. I tried gently waking her but no luck. So I made her comfortable and let her sleep it off. She and I have plans to pick up tonight, where we left off. She "asked me out" to dinner at a local fancy Mexican restaurant where I really like their cadillac margaritas. I'm trying to find a way to get the conversation back to her and that guy, to encourage her to call him (if she has his number) and connect. Wish me luck!

I think there she was only dirty playing with you or maybe need a ”girlfriend” to do not go alone for such a date to hotel.
There is a space for you to go further (even she was just playing with you) and talk with her about a scenario for such a date.

Some updates. Here's the first.

We've really been enjoying an active social summer, out and about with various friends groups, etc. SW has been, as I noted some weeks ago, on an upswing in energy and flirtatiousness and teasing me.

Two weekends ago, we went to a local hangout/bar/club known for live music. Kind of a relatively low-brow place, and in the past SW always found a way to avoid going there. A couple of weeks earlier we had agreed to join a group of friends there but SW cancelled last minute, and expected me to go along with her. But I was insistent they were waiting for us, so I went without her and only stayed for a half hour, to at least show respect and consideration. Also to let SW know that it wasn't cool to cancel like that.

Fast forward to two weekends ago, and her's the scoop. We were two couples and two single women, and a talented cover band was playing. The place was overflowing with people and everyone really into the music, etc. Again, a relatively small place, perhaps 100 people. As we had some drinks, etc. and the band started playing what was obviously the finale, SW started a bit of a "dancing girl" routine and surreptitiously started making her way up to stage level, while gyrating and tossing her long blonde hair. She was trying to put on a show for the crowd, without anyone in the band discovering her and having her sent down.

But the lead singer saw her and proceeded to pull her up to center stage. He sang and she danced for the crowd and they completed the finale with a loud whoop and high fives, etc.

After such a show you can joke with her that she charmed the crowd with such a performance but she could have heated them up to red if it was possible to see that she was not wearing panties under her dress...

Thanks! You know, I once went out with the ex- of a rockstar. A famous band from Germany. She had been a model, came from a very modest background, and after a time she told me she was a dancer. Very alluring and attractive, always wore long sleeved shirts with cuffs open, etc. I still have a lot of her modeling pictures and artistic nudes.

After a few times together, and we got "into it" I learned she had fabulous tattoo art on her back and down her arms, piercings all down her cervical spine, that she was an exotic dancer at an all-nude strip club in the area, and that she had been married to this rocker guy. They had a child together and she was raising the kid alone. Wow! She was dancing while putting herself through school to work in the medical field. I was okay with all the above, to some degree, but when she outright asked me to buy her a Dodge Viper I realized it could not last. My issue was not that she asked me to buy her a very sporty and somewhat expensive car, but that she asked for a Viper. I mean, if you are dreaming you need to do better than that!

SW has a personality not too different from this woman, but is not quite as far out there, is able to limit it and actually live in the mainstream.

Next installment of SW shenanigans update.

Last weekend we attended a summer bash where there was this big sports tournament, and the tournament is historically accompanied by a certain raucous party (drinking) attitude. We'd heard about this over the years but SW has always avoided it, not really her scene. More young people, drunken beer kegs, etc.

But we had access to a private area and elected to join some friends (who'd invited us) there. It was an elevated VIP area with a view of the crowds outside and on the streets, alleys, etc.

It was summer and a hot day, and very casual, so out on the street were guys in shorts and flip flops, and the girls in Daisy Dukes and bikini tops. SW attempted to be more refined and wore some netting-style dark leggings, more skin than fabric, and a black full-coverage panties underneath (I think they are called bloomers). And a tube top with fully-exposed midriff.

At one point the team that won the tournament were allowed access to the area, with their medals, their groupies/girls, etc. Very tall athletic guys, just the type that SW seems to like.

And, of course, she found herself in the middle of the team holding court, all the younger girls intrigued by this hottie with so much confidence.

I was at the bar getting drinks when I notice the above. Some random young hottie was chatting me up, hoping I'd buy her a drink, so I lingered with this one fawning over me while I observed SW in her glory.

Our group of friends also watched SW and after a time, one of our guys who had scored us the access to the place, got irritated because the line was too long to the men's room so he insisted we leave and go to another place. Which we did, but at that point we'd taken an Uber across town to a nicer restaurant, and we left the party crowd behind.

Next update on SW.

We were out at a new rooftop bar in the city, it was a summer birthday celebration for one of SW's newer friends. A new place that had a younger crowd, more of an upper-scale urban clientele, including young well-dressed black guys. SW took it all in but made no reference or reaction to the guys. Our group took a cabana in the back area and after a few hours it was time to leave either to go home or to do an after-party.. The initial birthday portion was cocktails only. I was hungry at this point.

A few blocks away was a place we'd been to several times, and I've been there many more times with my guy friends on my guys' nights. Kind of a scene. SW went ahead to the bar while I talked to the host about a table. It was a busy Friday night and this place is very popular. We were now a group of eight, and we were a bit daunted by the challenge of finding a place for our group. I directed everyone to the crowded bar and said we would regroup with a plan.

By the time I got us in the queue for a table, I went over to the the bar and our group was just ordering drinks. I was pleasantly surprised that we had access to the bartender but then saw that SW had done her magic. She had approached two young black guys who had seats on barstools, and asked them if she could squeeze in between them. She was wearing her same outfit from the prior weekend; the netting lace leggings with more skin than fabric, and black panties underneath, fully visible, with a tasteful tube top, and fuck-me heels. This look parted the sea of people stacked up at the bar. The two guys of course welcomed SW and she just pushed into the limited space right between them. I decided not to interrupt and instead took the opportunity for a slow visit to the men's room. When I returned, SW had the guys' names and a glass of red wine from the bartender, and introduced me to the guys but immediately followed up with "don't worry about him, he isn't the jealous type; rather, he enjoys when I have my fun" and I essentially nodded agreement. I then proceeded to ask the bartender to request the Sommelier meet me inside the restaurant area to discuss the proper bottle of wine. I know from experience that a bottle of nice French Bordeaux red will a) get SW fired up and b) get us a table that much faster. And so it went!
