My chastity cage is always on weather my wife is here or if she's away with her BF. It only comes of for a few minutes every night for cleaning. When my wife is away usually her mother will take my cage off to clean then she locks it back up. We have a routine every night that my wife follows or who ever is staying with me when she is gone.

My husband wears his almost 24/7, so yes if I'm away, which isn't often, he WILL be locked in one.
