My wife was happy for me to post her photos on line, but a few years ago she asked me to stop and delete what I’d already posted, obviously too late to remove those that had been reblogged. I was surprised and disappointed as she’d been happily posing explicitly nude for professional and amateur photographers, enjoyed seeing her photos in magazines and we had shown some of them to friends. She never gave me a proper reason, she just said something like she’s not like that anymore or that was in her past.

I didn’t say it to her, but I think she was disappointed/upset that she was no longer young and didn’t look like that anymore. Despite me truthfully telling her she was still beautiful and also she could tell I still found her sexually attractive.

She knows and accepts me sharing her photos and experiences with others I know will be discreet and who will appreciate them without making her feel “dirty”.

My wife is a zero online kind of gal.. our lives are sort of pie that despite growing up with the advent of the internet (I just turned 50 and she’s mid 40s). But, we don’t do Facebook, social media aside from LinkedIn, she doesn’t do message boards of any type and she’d never be interested in internet meetups or apps…

She’s a brick and mortar, skin and flesh.. as such, there’s never been a photo online that we know of (although ex FWBs could theoretically have put them somewhere…. She’s shared her naked photos with ‘friends’ but never posted them ourselves.

I forgot to mention that initially my wife was turned on by people seeing her pictures. She said she didn’t mind who saw them, how explicit they were nor being recognised in magazines as long as the pictures were attractive and the person appreciated them, which I took to mean enjoyed looking at them and hopefully be turned on.
