I thought about a bump for this thread but I saw how long it has been since he was on here and made any kind of post. I think he's done with it. I believe something has blown up after their move to Florida. I don't know what it is but something changed. I wrote a PM to Des several months ago but he hasn't even on here to take a look. I'm very disappointed to say the least.

I've had this same feeling that he is done with sharing their life. I realize a lot has happened since the move to Florida and giving him more priorities, but I have also had the feeling something more has changed. Maybe with just him or her or both with the new additions and location. I do hope all are well and happy with the way their life is now. Sorry to see it fade away.

I don't hold any hope at all that he will be returning. I get the feeling that their life together blew up over some big issue. He hasn't responded or even picked up my latest PM to him from several months ago. Maybe she wanted to be the president of the bank back home more than she wanted to be his wife in Florida. Yeah. I have had that feeling as well while holding out a little hope. That little hope is getting smaller every time I log in. I hope there was no big blow up, I haven't sensed that, but maybe I missed that. I wish them well and a happy life no matter what their lifestyle is now. I guess I will just look in now and then to this blog for awhile but not bump it any more.

bump??? Yeah, I guess we all would like this to renew and have Des continue his posting, but that is not likely to continue. His last post was well over a year ago. Actually, a guy who posted as much as he did and based on several private communications with him, I believe there is a chance he has simply changed his ID on this website and continues to post under a different name. Having moved to Florida gives him the chance to change his IP address and thus the opportunity to start anew as a new member here. There are a few frequent posters now that have a great narrative style of writing similar to the one Des used. I'm not saying it is fact, just something that has crossed my mind occasionally.
