How does your wife punish you?

I spent a hour standing in the corner yesterday. I had raised my voice. We have been married a long time. She finally took charge and life got better for us. Some of the things we do. She will have me repeat back to her what I did wrong. I will be made to stand in the corner. If I really mess up she has a paddle. We have a air mattress I sleep on the floor next to the bed. Sometime I am in the guest bedroom for a couple days. She will not let me see her body.

I get punishment spankings. She may also restrict me from drinking when we go out. She has taken my phone for brief periods in the past.

She has locked me out of my phone before, allowing me to have it to receive calls, but requiring me to ask her to unlock it when she grants me some screen time.
