So some possible big developments and looming decisions for us on the home front.

If you’ve kept up with my story from the beginning you know that earlier this year I retired after 20+ years in the pharmaceutical industry. The last few of these years I spent as a regional sales manager, overseeing 4 area managers and two dozen sales reps. Well, my old boss has taken a senior management position with a different company, and last week called and told me he had an open position for their National Sales Director. It’s not the entire nation like it sounds, there are actually 3 National directors and my area would cover basically Chicago down to Houston a west to Arizona up to Salt Lake. Brent and I have been discussing it at nausea for the past week and it looks like I’m gonna do it. I’m still young enough and it’s kind of hard to pass up the compensation package they are offering. The downside is the travel which will require me being away from home 2-4 days a week. I know none of this matters to you guys but bringing it up to say that if I do this I may lag in continuing with my story, which I have another 18 months or so to get up to present day. Ive come to love this place too much to abandon it, but pace and regularity of posting will probably slow down considerably after the first of the year. Ha…maybe that will drive me to get my story to present day over the holidays.

Thank you so much! It’s exciting but kinda scary at the same time. It may seem like an odd comparison, but Brent and I have actually talked about this…there are some similarities to when we embarked on the opening up of our marriage and me beginning my HW journey. There is definitely some trepidation but also an amazing opportunity for growth as well. You only live once, so why not go for it!

- As others have mentioned there's no worry should you disappear for awhile and then pop up again. Those interested in your story will not have issue with it.

Sidebar to the story of my journey….

I mentioned a bit back that Tommy was coming into town for the holiday and bringing his new gf with to meet his folks.

Well….they just left the house after spending a naked afternoon with Brent and I. Tommy had told her about Brent and I, he had told Brent, and the two of them planned this as my Christmas surprise.
