Hi from SoCal
Hi, my name is Jay, wife is Samantha. I am 49 she is 44 and we live in California. She has never actually been with another guy while married, but she did let me set her up with a guy online. They talked for a few months and she started to really catch feelings. Started out emailing then led to txts and calls. I told him I would fly him out to meet her in person and he just ghosted us. She was upset, cried a lot. Guess I'm just looking for new opportunities for her.

sorry that happened to you...
Re: Hi from SoCal
This happens a lot more than you think, specially when trying to find a connection on line. Too many creeps and fakes in line.
There are much better ways to find what you trying too achieve.

Yeah online has been REALLY hit or miss. I think she likes the idea of getting to know the guy from a distance, but you can't really vet a person like that.

His behavior is childish and and I am sorry you went looking for a man and found a boy.
It happens too often and it makes it a bigger challenge for the next gentleman who may catch her eye. I have been the 'next guy' and had to overcome the sour taste left by someone else. I am in SoCal and you may want to look locally so that you can vet much sooner and avoid repeating the situation. Meeting in person before it gets too deep can prevent disappointment later. I hope you let her know it was not her, and it probably would end this way with anyone this guy was leading on. There are more good guys out there and plenty in your backyard and SoCal.
