Players had to draw a card from the deck. The reverse side contained statements/questions. The dealer, the person drawing a card, chose a player to read the card. The person chosen had to answer the question or explain the statement. If the person answering answered incorrectly, he or she had to perform a sex act on another player chosen by the dealer. Hence, it appeared to be a game played by swingers. They eliminated the sex act from their game.

A sample question was close to: "What would you do to assure your partner orgasms?" That assuredly wasn't verbatim, but close enough to convey description of the game.
