But my concern is as follows- you have stated 'They know his GF is my wife, but I tell them they are just friends'- if they tell their mother about that, I can very quickly see a situation wherein his wife gets a hold of her lawyer [or gets a lawyer if she does not have one] and moves for him to lose even his weekend visits, or to have his visits only held under supervision.

Let me share something about my background- about 20-some years ago, when i was getting my private practice off the ground, i did a lot of court-appointed work, all of which was representing parents who had their kids yanked out of the house by CPS, b/c of allegations of domestic violence, criminal charges against the parents, or someone reported something to CPS, and the house/living conditions were found to be not suitable for children. I have never done divorce or child custody, and i don't think I would have liked that kind of work. But I did enough work involving children to get a sense of what Judges will and will not tolerate.
