Thanks, I just received the PT prescription yesterday from my follow-up evaluation with the surgeon. Gave me the clearance to start moving toward normal life again. And to swim again. And back on a bicycle!

Well, I ended up overdoing it in the cycling class, was really sore immediately after and of course was alarmed, but I got ice onto it and floated and swam in cool water. Helped a lot.

I do have an update on SW's latest shenanigans.

i'll set the landscape by reminding that SW has been very guarded with her mobile over the past year. She deletes everything and keeps it passcode protected, and never lets it out of her immediate reach. I don't ask her about this, it's just "her way" and I like that she has the freedom to have her secrets in this minor way.

First, we did travel to her home town (where she played with the two guys) and stayed at the same hotel. SW didn't mention anything but I also had a lot to do and she was largely independent. I'll also note that she had received an outreach from Mr. M earlier in 2025; he said he will be traveling for business to the area where we live and would like to see her. I don't know if that ever happened; I was thinking it was best to let that develop on its own. Remember, I was laid up with the back injury and essentially could not even stand on my feet from early May until early July. I further wondered if she might cross over with him a few weeks ago, while she was out and about during our visit to his area. As of this moment, I have no idea but also have not asked her.

On another note, after returning from the trip, the next weekend we joined a group of friends for live music and dancing in a local bar on a Sunday afternoon. We went through the dinner and the lead vocalist of course came over and sang by our girls, and then I was invited up to the little stage and pretended to harmonize with the band, and got some good pictures etc. I effectively stole SW's usual act.

SW continued the sexual banter with Ms. E and at one point, when the whole table was listening intently, she came right out and said the following:
