Hi 54321. You make a good point there about a weakened immunity. We do live a full life but I do a lot of weight training and swimming and try to eat well. I probably should cut down a bit on alcohol. Sleep is only abot 5 hours per night when you take our night and morning sex. That is hard to change when the three of us sleep together.
