There are various studies and surveys that have been done, particularly in more liberal cultures, like Western Europe and Scandinavia, that put the percentage of men that are homsexual in a country between 1-5%. Some studies put that statistic as high as 7.9 percent, with a median range of around 3.8%. I presume that this is the case for the cuckold community too, unless theres a pressure within that loosely defined group that would push the average number higher, but even if that were the case, I can't imagine it would rise much above 8%

Interestingly, I do not consider myself homosexual, even though for the last 25 years I have only provided oral service to completion with other men who by a majority are married.
