Jane, don't listen to Horny Henry. He's obviously never been dragged into a workplace sexual harrassment situation. No fun. No fun at all. I'm not a lawyer. I just play one on the internet. Are you intentionally leaving out the fact it is his work, too? And that she was almost certainly not introduced as a hotwife?

Maybe you are saying that it's his business if he doesn't mind getting his ass fired for flirting with his superior's wife. But that's hardly something for Jane to co-operate with unless she knows something about him and his attitude towards the job that we don't.

From her perspective it's not wrong to: (i) assume the guy has the job because he wants it and it has some importance for his well-being; (ii) conclude based on that not unreasonable assumption that it's "indiscreet, foolish and reckless" for him to seek a (not -so-"private", really) relationship that might endanger the job; (iii) refrain from participating in potential job-endangerment.

OTOH, if he is young and handsome and had the great good fortune to catch Jane's eye, he might very well be willing to give up a lot more than a cheesy "trainee" position in a financial services firm for a shot at her. If he lost his job over an affair with Jane, he could probably get another one but at least he would have gotten the chance to fuck her, which would be an experience of a lifetime.

This is what happend. As work was ending today i confronted him about calling my wife. He played it off as no big deal, and that i was too protective. He was very non-confrontational, and it was getting hard to be mad. But i told him not to do it again. Then he says "hey let's flip a coin."
"For what?"
"Well if you win i won't call her again, if i win i'll..just to say hi."
"Don't screw around with me."
"I'm serious. You always win anyway."
So then i thought, whatever. Even if he wins doesn't mean she sees him.
He tells me to call it.
"Heads."

It fell on tails.

I was feeling pretty good. Then i get home, and Jane isn't there, there's a babysitter with the kids. I call her and she picks up and says she's giving someone a ride and can't talk.
Then she gets home and tells me who it was. So then i realize he'd already talked to her today, he didn't need to call her anyway. I'm pretty pissed.

Well you just have to ask yourself, or more to the point Jane, if he fucked her while she was giving him a life. If not then she just helped him out as he did not have any transportation so shouldn't something to also be pissed about.
