Try this: With a doctor's supervision of course.. Go on an all meat (carnivore diet) with intermittent fasting. My husband lost a lot of weight fast, and ALL of his physical issues disappeared. It's miraculous. Sleep apnea, high blood pressure, diabetes.. all gone.
