Sorry, I'd imagine this has been done but I suck at searching. I've found some individual entries, enough to make me think that the average number of times most HW's have sex with other men is a couple times a month. So yes, I'm curious about how often your hotwife has encounters with other men. I have been teasing my wife about her being oversexed to the point of an addiction. Isn't there an actual clinical diagnosis of "Sexual Addiction?" If there is, I think she's got it.

She's got a new boyfriend that she's hot for right now. She is seeing him every day right now. Some mornings, sometimes quick nooners, regular evening dates, and a few all nighters over the last 3 weeks or so. Perhaps now it is the newness factor. But overall, over the long term, I'd say that she has sex with other men probably 5-6 times a week. Thus my teasing of her and this poll. It usually depends on the schedules, in finding the time but B usually likes to pace it out every couple days, says it keeps her happy and healthy and keeps her stress levels down. We used to play on average about once a month, but it included 2-7 guys, usually about 4. In more recent months, it has been about once every 4-8 weeks, and only about 2-3 guys a week when it happens. So, on average, it may be down to twice a month, if you average out the guys. And, there is no professional consensus that there is a diagnosis of sex addiction. That is a non-professional diagnosis occasionally made by people who want to extend the language of addiction to everything else in life. These people even talk about eating disorders being food addictions, which is unconvincing. Food is necessary for life; life can be lived without heroin or marijuana. Sex is a normal part of human activity and necessary for the survival of the species. Speed and mollies are not.

In any event, the DSM5 does not list sex addiction. It is not a legitimate diagnosis. And I oppose people talking about a sex addiction when the reality is that some people just want more sex than others. Just because someone enjoys something does not make it an addiction.

About "sex addiction": as zorro has pointed out it's not a recognized psychiatric disorder, but a term coined by some laypersons to describe a plethora of sexual behavior.

I think there is a place for looking at sexual behavior as compulsive for some people, meaning that they get little pleasure from it, feel like they can't control it, take unnecessary risks, etc. That is a problem worthy of attention.

But as zorro points out, that term also gets thrown about by people who think that if you want a lot of sex, or want more than one partner, or love sex for it's own sake, or like porn, that that is an "illness". In that case I think it's just slut shaming with a fancy clinical name.

We both wish it were more often, and yet we're also invariably extremely busy with the rest of 'life' we both tend to work a minimum 60 hrs / week and so all sorts of socializing take a back seat to our work and art. As a social life is how we meet prospects, that's been a limiting factor.

Stating it as an average is a very misleading approach for quantifying my wife's frequency. Although she would prefer that I embrace hotwifing as a lifestyle, I think it works best to create open times within monogamy and for us to negotiate boundaries for each open period.
